Would you like to take an active interest in healthcare, have a say in how our services are planned, developed and evaluated, by developing a good working relationship with the practice Staff and GPs.
If the answer is yes, you should join our Patient Forum, our members get involved in PCT consultations, raise patient concerns and carry out practice surveys.
We meet at the practice on a regular basis, dates of which are displayed around the practice. Alternatively please ring the practice and ask for details of the next meeting.
However, if you are unable to attend these meetings but would still like to be involved. You can become a Virtual Member.
What is a Virtual Member?
Several patients have commented that they would like to be involved in the Patient Forum but are unable to attend meetings. As a member of the Virtual Patient Forum we will send you emails asking you for your opinion on a range of topics such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received. We will also email you copies of the agendas and minutes of the meetings. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.
YOU CAN HAVE YOUR SAY ON :
